Порядок указания цены
Дополнение к британскому Закону о ценах 1974 г., принятое в 1979 г. Закон запрещает продавцам указывать такую цену на свой товар, которая может ввести покупателя в заблуждение, например: « Товар стоимостью Ј10 мы продаем всего за Ј5» или «У нас снижение цен до 50%». Не разрешается также сравнивать свои цены с ценами других продавцов. Правильно обозначенная цена должна быть привязана к своей же предыдущей цене или к розничной цене, рекомендованной производителем.
